On the Day of Judgment, your children will not complain to Allah about you not taking them on trips, or about you not buying them sophisticated electronic devices or branded clothes. Amidst the busyness of this world, let us not forget to guide them to prostration. Because from there their hearts will be strong, and their steps will be directed. Children learn not only from what we say, but from what we do every day. May we be empowered to be parents who instill faith, not just fulfill desires. May Allah always guide our steps in educating His trust. (
